Great rooms, great staff - we loved our stay

Clean room and helpful staffs. Excellent breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses. The property was modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable, with beautiful interiors and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The private space and peaceful atmosphere made it feel luxurious while still being very welcoming. The location was excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and attractions, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Bali.

There is a lot of competition in Bali, however this hotel stands out and was truly better than my expectations!!! We stayed at 5 hotels during our holiday across Bali but the customer service was the best here. I don't want to write a dissertation as I graduated decades ago but book this place when coming to Bali. Thank you all for your awesome hospitality.

A gorgeous, quiet property tucked away from the craziness of Seminyak. We loved our cool, refreshing plunge pool, the 25metre warmer large pool and the daily breakfast of our choice each day prepared in our room. Most of all though we loved the staff - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Would recommend a stay here without kids for total relaxation.

I absolutely loved my stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses. It was the perfect introduction to Bali for my first five days. My suite was stunning and felt like a true private sanctuary, beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after exploring. A special mention must go to the transport team. My airport pickup was seamless and perfectly on time, which made arriving in Bali completely stress-free. I also had a couple of in-room massages during my stay, and they were genuinely out of this world, easily some of the best massages I’ve ever had. The location is another big highlight. You’re right in the heart of Seminyak with fantastic restaurants, bars, and the beach nearby, yet once you step inside the property it feels wonderfully quiet and private. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my Bali trip. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff was extremely attentive, the property is a little cozy nook in walking distance of the beach but also by alot of shops. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
