Check in was fine. Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Hair all over the beds. The door handle was broken and rusty. Mold and rust in tub. Beds were extremely squeaky, soft (sink into the bed and unstable. I thought my mom was going to fall off the bed. When I called front desk about this I was told “all our mattresses are like this”. Pilllows even though noted soft and firm were flat like pancake. Did not sleep a wink and had extreme back pain. Rooms were dark - not enough lighting. Kitchen amenities were fine. Outlets were awkwardly placed. There is not fan in the washroom. Simple things like hangers were plastic from the dollar store. Breakfast was horrible - undercooked hashbrowns, eggs and burnt bacon. You could hear large ogs barking next door due to couple having a very interesting argument. At night kids, playing and talking from above us. This stay was horrible. Next day I checked out and requested a refund. I paid good money for my stay and was highly disappointed.

The Hotel was acceptable, but they apparently housing a fairly large group of immigrants.
Not that that is a bad idea, but we weren’t told that, and at breakfast they were helping themselves to breakfast, and letting their kids run around, on there own
I paid a fair amount of money to stay there, it would have been nice to know before booking.

The room was fantastic! We enjoyed ourselves so much , the pool is concerning , as it ruined our suits because of the amount of chlorine / bleach that was in it . . Other than that we had such an enjoyable stay , the breakfast was amazing! The social hour was fantastic, we snacked on meatballs and soda ! All in all I would still recommend and stay again

Comfortable clean room, provided ample body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (Dove products at time we stayed), pool area was clean, same with exercise room. Breakfast buffet was fully stocked with waffle maker, eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juices, hashbrown, and meat (during our stay it switched between sausages or bacon). Coffee was also available and hot chocolate or tea. Really enjoyed the breakfast and not having to dine out every day. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!
