Clean spacious room. Comfortable beds. Fast Wi-Fi. With ac. Good quality breakfast. Most of the landmarks are within 400 meters. Lots of Great restaurants within a few min walk. Tran/bus station is 700 meters away.

Beautiful place

The air-conditioning was at par. The room was clean and towels changed everyday. Location was amazing Staff is helpful Breakfast was really below par. Looked as if everything was opened from a can, tin or packet. Nothing seemed fresh and probably wasn’t. The yogurt was pink and apparently fruit (but that pink colour is not anything but color and flavouring!) when asked they didn’t have natural. It was exactly the same each day.

Very close to Old Town. Large food hall next to hotel full of meats, cheese and breads.

Great location and beautiful hotel. The berakfast is also amazing. Highly recommend.

Good location, but quiet and a great breakfast

This hotel is basic at best. The room was dated and the bed only had two pillows. We had to ask for more. While there was A/C, the room was stuffy. We had to open the windows which let in a lot of noise. The TV in the room only got one channel, which was spotty. The WiFi also was very spotty in the room. When we inquired, the staff was indifferent. Breakfast is provided but the quality is mediocre. The location is walkable to all of old town and the river but the hotel is on a very loud party street.

Old style room with a special character. Has a safe in the bottom of the cupboard, placed in such a way that it is impossible to reach. Historic small TV, probably around 12 inches. Inefficient A/C , no help during the exceptionally high temperatures during my stay. Breakfast was very good in a charming dining room. Unpleasant surprise, the taxi could reach the hotel to pick me up. I had to roll and carry my luggage to the main road.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to all the nearby amenities, which made getting around very convenient. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow throughout my stay. The breakfast was very mediocre, with limited variety, particularly the lack of an assortment of cheeses. The juices were from cartons rather than fresh, and the coffee was of poor quality. Cleanliness also needs attention, as I found hairs underneath the bed sheet, which was disappointing. The bathroom had no power socket, which was inconvenient, and there was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. I stayed on the second floor, and noise insulation was poor, as I could clearly hear people shouting, which affected the overall comfort of my stay. The room included a small fridge with two small bottles of water and one can of Coke, but these were chargeable if consumed. Overall, while the location and front desk service were positives, improvements in cleanliness, breakfast quality, room amenities, Wi-Fi, and soundproofing would significantly enhance the guest experience.

I would’ve given it an excellent mark if not for not working air conditioner. The location is perfect, the staff is helpful, the included breakfast is very good.
