Valentina was so very lovely and helpful. She was very informative as well. The property is very beautiful and a great location. My only criticism is the sound the doors make when you unlock the room door. It’s a very load electronic buzzing sound. Late at night you can hear other people coming in late because of it. The room we were upgraded to was very beautiful and much appreciated. The bathroom walls and ceiling looked like they were just patched up but not painted. The rooftop is beautiful and has stunning views.

Lovely hotel in a great spot, very helpful staff.

Everything was great about this hotel. Location, the staff, the rooms. The only challenge was the hot tub. We got the room with the hot tub and it did not come with any instructions. I would recommend instructions on how to use the hot tub plus troubleshooting. That was the major downside for us.

Everything was really good at this hotel. The location and cleanliness were great to including the staff. The only thing I would say is that if you did need room service, they charge €10 which seemed punitive.

Excellent modern property, staff are all amazing. Walkable to everything.

All staff were very polite and helpful. I liked they responded my questions quickly by messages. Good location to go to Ortigia, also to Neapolis. Room was spacious and very clean. We loved our stay, however we didn't feel luxurious as a five star hotel.

Nothing standout, everything is expected as a four star place. However I was surprised breakfast is not included. It is $15 per person which is the only hotel in my trip that doesn’t provide free breakfast.
