とても良いひとりで滞在
Body wash was completely empty (I was already in the shower when I realized this) - not a deal breaker but annoying. The rug around the bed smelt like urine when I bent down to tie my shoes but everything else was nice and clean. - The room was 86 degrees when I first got in it, but cooled down when I got the AC on and left for awhile. - Over all it’s a nice and charming little place and really enjoyed that part of town.

とても良い The staff here were all so pleasant and helpful. CJ upgraded me and my doggy to a really nice 1 bdr suite that was very clean and charming with all the old tile and hard wood floors. I will stay here again when I visit my daughter in KTown.

Check-in was very easy, staff was friendly throughout the whole stay, and the room was super cute and clean! You do hear traffic at night, but that’s probably anywhere.

Beautiful historic property. The staff was wonderful. And the on property restaurant, Cassell’s, was our go-to for breakfast, lunch and after hours drinks.

I was woken up by the staff at 1:30 am and was forced to come downstairs from the 4th floor and go outside to move my vehicle. Horrible service on that part and will not be returning.

Hotel service is very slow. The front desk staff was not very professional, they would have airpods on and be having their own conversations while assisting. The parking is a nightmare. They couldn’t even find the key to a car that blocked me off in the parking lot and when they did, they couldn’t figure out how to drive the car. Luckily we were driving and not flying because we definitely would have missed our flight.

The manager went out of his way to have my car ticketed in the loading zone even though I told I would come down and move it and it was the middle of the night. He refuses to give upgrades when suites are available … I’ve been frequenting the hotel for several years now and have state there dozens of times … I’m sure he doesn’t treat his other regular guests so poorly.
