Stayed here recently & on few occasions and it was wonderful—spotless rooms, a great location, and the hospitality truly made it special. A big thank you to Kim and the entire front desk team; their warmth and care turned a simple stay into something memorable. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return back next year…hopefully same room #213⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff did not answer the phone when called several times.
Bottom sheet was too small, no coffee cups with the hot pot, no soap for sink, no wash cloths or hand towels, bugs that appeared to be cockroaches in the room and dining area. Room had water damaged walls and ceiling, shower curtain did fit tub.

The staff is great very polite and helpful but the room is not as nice, the wall paper were about to fall off next to the window, the air circulation is not great, there is no outside air circulation in the room, I have to open the window to get some air circulation. The air filter has not been cleaned, it's a metal air filter( dusty). There is a damp moisture smell in the room, it was not pleasant smell in the room. The main elevator is not working, I have to use service elevator. The food is good even though it's a same for me every morning.

In the centre, good location, accessible by public transport. Decent sized rooms, however the inside could do with a refurbishment such as the furniture and paint. The actual structure and flooring are still very good.

Have been coming here for 30 year and sadly watched it deteriorate. Now a shabby and well worn hotel. Double room with tatty furniture and one stool for seating and plain wooden flooring. We won't be coming back.
