The property requires continuous attention to maintenance and upkeep. We experienced an issue with flies in our room, and the staff was accommodating in facilitating a room change. The provision of bath mats would also enhance the guest experience.
There is a lack of readily available information within the room regarding contact methods for the front desk. I had to access online resources and attempt to call the hotel directly, which ultimately led to a transfer to a WhatsApp application for assistance with our requests. While an accessible ramp is available for luggage, it was obstructed by a door, which could be addressed to improve ease of access.
Breakfast offered a variety of options, but similar to the general maintenance, the dishware was chipped. Enhancing the overall upkeep of all items, from utilities to cutlery and plates, would significantly elevate the hotel experience. Despite these issues, the staff demonstrated friendliness and accommodation to the best of their ability. The hotel's location in Casablanca, in close proximity to the mosque, is highly convenient.

I was only here for a night. Close to Hassan II Mosque and seafront. You’ll need a taxi to get to train station from here. Lots of options for hotel breakfast. Only complaint is my bathroom drain was clogged.
