Arrived at midnight and were notified that we don't have a room and hotel overbooked. And this is with two months ahead of a time reservation and the same day phone call to confirm. Was redirected to sister hotel 4 blocks up the very sketchy street, and didn't ofer transportation. We had to walk at 12:30 through Loud night clubs, drunks and stoners. Second hotel was nice, but also didn't offer anything for trouble. Extremely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend that chain.

The hotel was super close to various subways, and buses which made getting around very convenient. Ruhul and his staff were very friendly, and helpful. There was an issue with the sink being clogged, and they fixed the situation in a timely manner. We were on the 6th floor, and didn’t have an issue with the music at all from downstairs, and slept perfectly. The area itself feels very safe, but you’re in New York, so there’s going to be homeless/characters around, but no worse than anywhere else in the city. I would definitely stay again, and recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing! The whole staff was great, especially Alex and Rahul. Will be back!

Great bang for your buck

Enjoyed every part of my stay at RL Hotel. Rahol the hotel manager was great of telling me all the amenities this Hotel has to offer. A great hotel to stay and super close to NYC.

We booked a room for 3. It was a bit small and had a double bed + a single bed. The room was neat and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was also small and the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was a mirror wall, so when the lights were on you could see into the shower, so defintely something to keep note off. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Our room was also next to the subway, we didnt mind the noise, but if you are sensitive, keep that in mind when booking.

My stay was ok. It was a slight odd smell to the room. The staff was very friendly, location was in the hood but it is close to the F train system

Conveniently located to the Metro station, the hotel was nice. Smaller rooms as to be expected. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed them. The area outside is a little rough. We never felt unsafe but I could see where some people might.

Awful hotel. Smells like mold, dirty floors, smelly sheets not even white but grey. Elevator smells like vomit and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. The description and pictures do not match what you actually get in real life.

Air conditioning did not work the entire trip and they could not fix it or move me to another room.
