Centrally located to the Main Sites. Stylish decor. Room has Bluetooth radio and capsules/coffee maker. Staff was amazing. I had a medical emergency and hotel arranged for ambulance and later checkout the next day.

The hotel is renovated but it is already showing normal wear and tear. The carpets in the corridor are getting dirty, walls on the hallway are getting scratched by the cleaning trolley, even the revolving door glass is smashed on the sides. The room we had is clean. The bathroom is newly renovated but small and narrow. Enough for 1 person at a time. The things I don't like in the room are the pillows. My head sunk even with 2 pillows. I had a neck ache when I wake up. Also, there air-conditioning in the room is set to 22 deg Celcius and can not be changed! A little bit hot in the room.

Shops nearby, clean rooms great area.

It was good although my room was distant, but it had an excellent view which I very much enjoyed. Breakfast was too busy (perhaps more than one dining area would help the volume of such a large hotel), but it was nice to have dinner possible in the hotel. I would stay here again.

Room was tidied everyday so no complaints

Rude, felt like they didnt want to help , they kept pointing everytime my mother was asking for help , they didnt even say anything just point while others were being greeted and welcomed .. they were wonderful to me, but I wasn't wearing a head scarf

I had booked a larger Romm with bigger beds to habe more space. they gave me a room with single beds, and the hotel's lamplight was shining into the room.

The location was fantastic. Food was alright. Although the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, the pillows had an odd urine smell to them. But other than that, the hotel has everything you need.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal area of town for public transportation, dining, shopping, & walking most anywhere. Staff were very kind & super helpful. Room was clean. I didn’t eat at hotel, but the Juice Bar with coffee was brilliantly convenient & used every morning of my stay. I would definitely stay here again!
