Not a Sheraton! This hotel does not have the look and feel of a Sheraton. The rooms are poorly lit, crowded with overwhelming decor, do not provide even a free instant coffee, the check-in staff is unfriendly, and other than the location would not reccomend this hotel. Additionally, after we checked out they sent us a bill for a breakfast that we never had. After sending them multiple email with no response I called Marriott Bonvoy to open a case. They finally refunded the erroneous charge with no apology or explanation. If you've ever been to any Sheraton and expect the Sheraton experience, you will be disappointed with this one. Do not recommend.

Bathroom needs more cleaning.. walls and floors were dirty with hair..

Awesome room size for Europe

What a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton Stockholm ! The room was fully equipped and tastefully decorated, and service and food quality at the restaurants and bars was excellent. Staff everywhere were most friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, the staff is really friendly. The beds are really comfortable

Beautiful room and hotel and lovely views over the water. Designed excellently. Location couldn’t have been better and the bar and food in the hotel were also fantastic (except hot drinks were limited in selection for non coffee drinkers compared to local options). Only downside was the sauna being closed which we didn’t know at time of booking and was a big reason we stayed. But will return to try again another time!

Zero flexibility for date changes and a frustratingly automated process that asks for feedback on a missed trip rather than offering a solution.

Lovely decor and staff

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room ready hours before check in time on a long weekend. We also appreciated the complimentary cocktail. The room was large and beautiful with a view of the water. Comfortable bed, impeccable service. Thank you!
