John and his wife were very accommodating. A very quiet out of the way stay. Plenty of parking, room was well insulated from the cold.

最高 The facilities were excellent and the host John was friendly and congenial and throughout our stay ensured we had everything we needed. He was informative about the local area and recommended things to see which was much appreciated. A bonus was we really enjoyed feeding the animals and learnt a lot about alpacas.

John is an amazing host, feeding the Alpacas is the best bonus you could get. Breakfast was perfect. Just a great place to stay.

It was magical. We sat out on the back patio to watch the sheep and the alpacas, playing guitar. The owner of the super friendly. I wish we could have spent more time and conversation.
The facility looks brand new, everything being really high-end.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen was well equipped. Feeding the alpacas was fun. The only drawback for people without a car, is that there is nowhere nearby to buy food for cooking.

最高 A wonderful place. The owners treated us like family. The room was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Dunedin.
