Superb hotel, clean and modern in a great location.

Very comfortable, very quiet, excellent staff, and great breakfasts. Easy access to the underground too and a very vibrant neighborhood.

The hotel was in an upmarket shopping area (particularly loved the DM store), with a lovely supermarket nearby and a lot of different choices for food. Additionally, it was a stone throw away from the tube and various hop on hop off buses that I recommend checking out before purchasing to ensure they include all the sites you want to see. We did not eat from the hotel so can’t comment on the breakfast or snacks, however, I was very impressed by the service from the staff who couldn’t do enough and can see why they have won awards. The rooms were decorated very tastefully, there was a decent size fridge in the room, amazing rainforest shower, safe, and extra coat hangers and an iron were provided upon request. Another nice touch was receiving two glass bottles of water daily ensuring we were hydrated. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

Great location and view for the hotel. Easy access to the train and beautiful view and great restaurants right under the hotel. When I booked I did not expect all these in one location . The hotel was very clean and the room design was nice and accommodating . Small but efficient use of space . The bathroom well designed as well. Great experience , made our Berlin visit really memorable .

Friendly staff and accessible rides

Interesting and elegant fitout, lovely room, superb location, very nice and helpful staff. Only minor constructive criticism I can think of is that there was no espresso cups at the breakfast bar, so a short coffee wasn't really practical. But otherwise a superbly enjoyable place to stay with plenty of eating options nearby and u-bahn just across the square. Can recommend.

Great location for shopping and in front of the U Bahn so easy to get around. Only fault I noticed was there is no vending machine for drinks/snacks should you get peckish in the wee hours....but wouldn't let this put me off staying there again as hotel is wonderful.

Very friendly

Great hotel in a great location. KaDeWe right across the street, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and subway station around the corner. Hotel was clean and staff was great.

The room was excellent and very comfortable bed. Just the right size and location is perfect for shopping
