Close to train station and gorgeous view

Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the Jungfrau region. Very centrally located to all of the nice hikes. The staff was awesome - very kind and helpful. The gym was amazing, buffet breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the spa and hot tub were under renovations when we stayed but we were able to obtain vouchers to use an outdoor pool nearby! Also the world cup was on during our stay and they set up a big screen outside I the courtyard and played the games! Very caring management. The only thing that could be improved is the rooms could use mini fridges. Otherwise it was great!

The rooms were great but no AC but luckily a mgr brought up fans.

Such a great experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, staff were very professional, welcoming, kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back! 10/10

Paid high season rate. We are fitness oriented- the ad did NOT INDICATE THE ENTIRE FITNESS AREA/SPA WAS CLOSED for renovation. An accommodation should be made. Staff and Breakfast excellent, room was small and NO SPA😡

I am very disappointed with my stay. The room carpet was dirty, and there was a significant amount of dust throughout the room. Outside the window, there were visible cobwebs, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned. The coffee machine in the room was dirty and clogged, with brown water coming out when used. In addition, there was no refrigerator provided, which was unexpected. On the first night of my stay, the curtains could not close properly, affecting my family sleep and comfort. I had to report the issue and wait until the next day for it to be fixed. What is most concerning is the misleading advertising regarding the pool and spa facilities. These facilities were under construction, yet this was not clearly communicated before booking. I was not the only guest affected by this issue. Considering the high room rates being charged, this is unacceptable and does not reflect the experience that was advertised. Overall, the cleanliness, room condition, and inaccurate representation of the facilities fell well below expectations.

Great place, great staff

Location location location. Beautiful views of the Jungfrau range right from the French windows of the room. The hotel is right next to the rail station which is a huge convinence traveling with family and luggage. Room needs some TLC but its clean

The hotel was conveniently located close to train station. The outdoor patio area is lovely place to enjoy drinks and take in the beautiful views. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under renovations and not usable. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was to have a hot tub and pool to enjoy the amazing views. We were upset that we were not told in advance or given a discount for the inconvenience. Otherwise the staff was helpful and hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants and all the alpine activities.
