Can’t fault this hotel. Very clean. Harry in reception was courteous, polite and so helpful. Felt very looked after by all staff. Breakfast was amazing. There seemed to be plenty of parking but we arrived by train which was a 20 minute walk away.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, quieter and beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights Reception were helpful on checking in but the rooms were in separate buildings which was annoying for us and both on second floor so difficult with luggage on steep stairs. The double room had no TV remote and the soap by the hand basin didn’t work . They fixed it the next day but these should be checked prior to arrival ! Breakfast was self serve The coffe wasn’t good and wasn’t that hot either and the Toast machine was set too high so it was virtually burnt. There was some fruit which was mainly tinned pears with a couple of bits of strawberry on top and some pastries but the cooked breakfast was not appetising so we didn’t try it … This was my second stay in this hotel but think would look for somewhere else next time.

A lovely hotel in heart of Clifton, great location within walking distance into city centre and Clifton. Very clean and staff all so friendly, helpful. Will stay again.

Hotel buildings have character and offer good , clean accommodation. Comfortable bed and well refurbished en-suite. Useful parking facilities in an area of general parking restrictions and charges. Great location by Clifton Village.

Lovely stay at the hotel with peace and quiet atmosphere and neighbourhood. Helpful staff and accommodating. Great breakfast. Easy to access public transport and nearby restaurants and cafes and places to see.

Breakfast needs ordering the night before which is not my preferred option. Be aware there is an annex 2nd building which is ok but has very noisy doors when they are being closed. Always banging if you are on the lower floor.
