Great location, walking distance to Osaka castle and away from the busyness. Lots of useful train lines in walking distance as well as a 7/11. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good! Would stay again.

Good value for money, but the bed is extremely uncomfortable to sleep in a couple.

The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing and really helpful. They helped us with our luggage transfer to the next hotel and it was very convenient!

Great location as it was close to public transport, shops and the Osaka Castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful with western and Asian options. The images actually what was being served. Highly recommended

The double occupancy’s room was way smaller and more expensive than the single occupancy one, which we thought was weird. The check in was smooth and everyone at the front desk was helpful. There was one lady serving breakfast who was surprisingly rude when I tried to put ice in my water bottle in the breakfast/dining room. I tried to explain that the ice machine did not work on our floor nor the one below it but she kept repeating NO and pointing for me to leave. It’s possible I committed a huge Japanese faux pas and just didn’t know it but the repeated NO from the server lady wasn’t helpful.

Excellent AC in the room. Excellent breakfast. Superb, deep bath.

My stay was fantastic! Hotel was near the metro and delicious small restaurants. The breakfast and staff were great. The room was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling alone.

It’s nice Hotel and excellent service. We spent here 3 nights and it’s near Osaka Castle and subway. Super easy to go around.
