Really nice place

I recommend the morning breakfast!! Their chef is amazing!! Great omelette!!

Great hotel in a perfect location to the City Market and Convention Center! Outstanding folks!

Friendly and helpful staff

We’ve stayed here multiple times. This time the mattress was horrible. Time to be replaced! We could feel a board like strip down the center. It was hard enough trying to get a good nights sleep. In addition to that, the drag racing on Dodge was annoying! I know the hotel can’t control that but it went until the wee hours of the morning. Both things will influence my decision of where to stay next time

This was a great stop as we made our way back home to Texas. Liz, at the front desk, was so nice. She gave us wonderful dinner recommendations AND free drink coupons! We walked around the downtown area, as she recommended, and enjoyed our brief stay there in Omaha 😊

I liked the closeness to the Old Market area

Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Nothing was terrible, but the room wasn’t the quality I expected. The staff were excellent and were definitely the biggest positive in our stay. Bed was tolerable but again it wasn’t as good as what I typically find in Hiltons. Just felt like it needed some TLC upgrades. I chose it because of the hotel chain which I tend to favor but this one just fell short of the Hilton name. Again, the lobby looked great and the staff were fantastic.

The front desk people were great! The hotel itself was kind of dirty and maybe could use some cleaning and updating.
