The hotel needs to renovate some finishes, like the carpet that has about more than 30 years and is not healthphy. Arquitect Wenceslao Lugo

The hotel was clean, the staff professional and helpful in finding restaurants and sights. The hotel was very conveniently located a block from the train, which was helpful after an 8 hour flight!

Great location next to the station. Rooms were modest but comfy. Would have loved a kettle!

A terrible experience with this book. I booked two nights stay but I just take a look the room and immediately out because the room has only one window and this window face to trash can collection field, the bad smell in whole room, no air condition. Please imagine what the situation when you flight long time and how you can stay there. I tried to upgrade the room, No luck. I return the room key after check-in 1 hour, and told the hotel’s staff, I am check out. I chatted with Expedia, no refunds because the hotel staff told Expedia that the hotel system showed NO CHECK OUT, lying. I have other hotel book receipts same day and check in time can prove where I stayed.

This hotel was fine for an overnight stay. It was comfortable but space was limited. The bathroom was especially very small. The room was very hot, so opened windows but unfortunately it was very noisy all night as our room faced the street. The reception staff were not overly welcoming but they did assist me with printing some documents for our flight the next day. A service offered by the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to the central train station.

The Toilets are dirty. !!!!!!

the breakfast was delicious & lotts of choices. room clean & very comfortable. elevator a nice bonus. staff helpful.

We really liked the staff. The breakfast was very good and the dining are kept very clean. The location is very convenient to Central Station, however, the location is a bit sketchy outside.

I thought the hotel was pretty good. Excellent location. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I got there during a heat wave though! We had a little fan in our room which was a lifesaver. Be aware that this hotel is clean and comfortable but it has no AC, no ice dispenser and no mini fridge in the room.

Great location near train station. No AC in rooms but a fan was provided.
