I will never go here again I paid to extend my room on Expedia and they made us checkout because we wouldn’t extend with them for $40 more then what Expedia charge. So the we had to get out with our 2 month old and 1 yrs old and stand in the cold from 11-3pm and then we went back to check in they said $100 deposit but in cash I to walk to the atm and get the $100 then she said it was $135.00 now because we checkout late. Which we extended so it shouldn’t been a late fee. But I paid it cause my kids were freezing.They customers service is garbage. They are owned by foreigners.

少しがっかり Staff was worst ever I have seen
No policy match with online terms conditions
I reach 30 minutes before check in and they as 35$ extra cash for check in
Also they forced me give cash 100$ for deposit no card accepted for that it’s most worst hotel ever 😡😡😡😡😡
I am planning to not booked the hotel further with Expedia.
Because last time also I face bad experience with Ramada
