The staff was very helpful both prior to and at our arrival. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a central location, which made it easy for us to explore the city.

Great room, exactly as expected. Well air-conditioned, which was important during the Prague heatwave. Excellent location, useful staff, even well priced mini bar. What else could you ask for?

Overall, the location of the hotel is convenient, but there are several details that prospective guests should be aware of. The room photos show a Nespresso machine, which may lead guests to believe that Nespresso coffee is included. However, the coffee pods are **not complimentary** and are charged separately. The only complimentary option provided is instant coffee, so I found the photos to be somewhat misleading. For a **4-star hotel**, I was also surprised that no body lotion or hand cream was provided in the room, as these are fairly standard amenities at this level. The carpet in my room appeared worn, outdated, and not particularly clean, which detracted from the overall impression. A safety concern I noticed was the lighting in the stairwell. The motion-activated lights are not programmed properly and switched off while I was still on the stairs, leaving the staircase in complete darkness before I reached the next level. Finally, while the location is excellent, guests should be aware that there is a nightclub next to the hotel. The loud music and booming bass continued until the early hours of the morning, which may be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Overall, the hotel has a good location, but there are several areas where it could improve to better meet the expectations of a 4-star property.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and the bed very comfortable. Balcony with chairs. Great location within walking distance to the old town square. Room was very quiet even though there are bars across the street. Very limited parking on site for a fee.

The hotel was perfect for our four day stay in Prague . Very sensually located. We really did enjoy our stay.

Great place, ideal location and staff are very helpful

The location is great, within walking distance to many attractions, and valuable as Prague is very walkable. The suite is spacious, a bit unusual in Europe. The hotel arranged a car at the airport, which worked well and is useful as the driver knows how to navigate to the hotel, situated in a courtyard at the old town.

The hotel itself was wonderful but the breakfast at an adjacent facility was not value for money. There was also no elevator in the section we stayed in and although a porter took the bags up there was noone to take them down at the end of our stay. Location was excellent.
