There were serious problems with our hotel room. First, the sound proofing is very limited, which is a problem because of how loud it is outside in the evening and night. Second, there wasn't even proper for the entire window area, such that the neon lights outside would come in and make it very hard to sleep. This was one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, so I wouldn't want to see their more basic rooms. The outside area of Tokyo is a sketchy one, with dirty streets and uncouth activities.

The hallway and elevator looked old and creepy. The room was spacious, bed was soft, outdoor onsen was okay-the faucet looked like it was going to break off any minute. Privacy was questionable since there was a window on the building to the side which makes you visible. Decor was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located close to many train/subway stations. Staff is great and friendly. Rooms are on the smaller size but adequate. Rooms are clean, beds are on the hard side. Depending on your room/floor you might not get any view. If you can get a rate of $100 or lower a night I think it is worth it.

Everything was great in Centurion

I stay here because there's a grocery store downstairs and a family mart. Also restaurants are all within walking distance.

Cabin room, in annex, clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to food, shopping. Busy area on Friday night. Short walk to Ueno park.

The location of this hotel was excellent! It was very close to restaurants, shops, and many different train stations. The room itself was very small, but they make good use of the space that is available. The AC was very nice after a long day out in the sun. The staff were very friendly.
