良い Everything about this hotel was terrific. Except...
The rooms have no air conditioning. Just one window that opens slightly. No breeze on a day where temps outside ranged from 53-66. So...miserable sleep experience. Can't even imagine if they had a heat wave.

I love to leave good reviews, unfortunately here I can't, check in wasn't great, very little communication...heard other staff member checking in another guest and have to admit I was jealous. Now the restaurant...was seated in the bar and we ordered roast beef roast and an order of onion rings, when it came we had no cutlery and my meal was covered in mushrooms, asked server (oscar) for cutlery and wanted to send my meal back as nowhere on the menu did it say mushrooms....server rolled his eyes so hard I thought he might fall over!! Asked if he had a problem....no...he took cutlery away i raised my voice asking for it so wife could eat. Forgot our onion rings... the whole time we were eating they were huddled chatting and giggling at us until the "adult" walked in the room...I assume the manager.... what a god awful way to run your business.

少しがっかり The pictures are not indicative of the property. Pictures look great, but the reality is far different. We were placed in a room in the basement. Not great. I would not book again.

Hotel was fine but disappointed that I specifically paid for breakfast and it was not available until 7:30 and I needed to leave before then
