The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also offers luggage storage if you arrive early before check-in, which was very convenient.
The room was very clean and was cleaned daily during our stay. The hotel provides shampoo and liquid body soap, which was a nice touch.
The continental breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

少しがっかり Hotel is nothing like pictured in photos. The only thing good about room was the cathedral view.
Left immediately after check-in and went to another hotel.

Breakfast is just not a good thing! We skipped it 2 days..
The rooms are a mess,the floors and restroom are dirty.. the sink clogged, and the bedding is just awful!
How can you guys treat this amazing lovation like this??? This should be your jewel!!! I have stayed at gdl,tlaquepaque and vallarta with you guys,but 100% never again
