Positive - good central location. Negatives - room not suitable due to heat, no sound barrier from street or from other rooms, staff do not clean rooms, not always at the main door to let you back in

It was disgusting all round....we had to leave and book a premier Inn I got bitten by a flea unlockable windows at streat level disgusting filthy neds that smelt like urine and no deadlock on the door. Awful

It fulfilled the function of me having somewhere to stay.

Hotel was very nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Be aware depending on what room you book it may not come with en-suite toilet or shower however the communal showers were good and if the weather is Hot the shower gets very cold. Would stay here again. No air con in the rooms but was provided and fan to keep the room cool

When booking I didn't realise that the fine print said that standard rooms don't include a bathroom - there is a shared bathroom on the first floor. We ended up upgrading to a room with a bathroom but there was an extra cost. The room was sparse but fine, there was a fan which we were greatful for. The drain in the shower smelled, and the carpet was dirty. The location is excellent with a 5 min walk from a big tube station.

Good affordable accommodation

No luggage storage, no air con (common in London), no lift, so if you have large luggage you have to carry all the way up narrow stairs.

My room was clean, quiet, and close to kings cross - just what I needed to catch the eurostar early the next morning.

The photos on the site look nothing like the rooms. Was asked to give passport details on check in. Not advised of that. Steep stairs. Wobbly floorboards. No quilt.
