The restaurant was a joke. Very poor quality food and service. For breakfast I ordered over easy eggs three different days and they couldn't do it.Elevator buttons had floor number rubbed off. On-site parking was quite a distance from the hotel reception. Fully carpeted floors in common areas. While our mini suite was a good size, the bathroom was very tight. Pillows were heavy and took time to adjust to their enormous weight. Coffee maker was ancient. The hotel gives its address on Broadway and the main entrance is elsewhere making it difficult for Uber pickup.We were told to wait by main entrance for our ride whereas the driver was waiting on Broadway his GPS automatically takes him to the advertised address. The hotel has a good location but needs renovation and better dining options.

Rugs were extremely dirty and tub did not drain properly. I was showering in my own my own dirt water was shin deep. Never again will I come back.

I’m giving this hotel three stars because It’s located in the middle of town walkable to everything, now with that being said if you’re at a conference attention is on you, if you’re staying there attention on you, not so much, as we were told that there is limited food for breakfast, do to 1 of the conferences there using most of it. We stayed in a junior suite where our view was of a toilet bowl laying on the floor outside the window and the table where the help takes their break and smoke cigarettes and that was the junior suite view, it needs upgrades. it just is not worth the money that you spend, $12 a day to park a car per day and $25 to check in early, as a Hilton member that is ridiculous. The decor reminded me of when I stayed there about 5 years ago when I had a horse running in Saratoga and it basically hasn’t changed since then. They need to redo the entire place and they need to find help that actually helps you Then maybe I would stay there again other than that never again! Checking in They had bellhop to help you to your room checking out, My girlfriend was told oh we have no more carts at this time and no bellhops to be found so we needed To bring downstairs in four trips our own bags, never again!! I will give kudos to one thing the restaurant and the owner (Pat) is dynamite very attentive and very good. Other than that I’d give it two stars. Trust me look elsewhere or waste your money.

Fridge didn’t work and they had no other rooms and couldn’t fix it.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. My room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would return to this hotel.

Blood stain on ceiling. The wall had a water stain and a crack above the bed. House keeping was making their rounds at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am. Hot tub is listed as an amenity but there isn’t one and apparently hasn’t had one in years. Room service is advertised but not available. We had to call twice to ask for silverware for our door dash order. I stay here every year for the tattoo convention and this is the second year in a row that we’ve had issues. Bar staff is wonderful though!

We checked into a junior suite. There was a bloody giant booger on the wall, along with smeared bloody boogers on a picture, and the microwave had food in it, also there was a sock in the bed when I first pulled the covers back so it lead me to think it was never changed…. I took pictures of all these issues and made mention to the front desk, who said the following day they would clean it. They didn’t. I had to stop and ask housekeeping myself the following day and point the issues out to get a clean room…
