We loved the look and feel of this hotel. We booked a suite and it was wonderful. Everything was very accessible to this hotel and the staff was amazing, very pleasant and answered every question we had. Definitely will be back again.

Clean and small, staff were very helpful, but the building is definitely old. Parking was fairly easy. No issues with noise. Bathroom had no fan which made the whole place warm when anyone took a shower (but it was also 95 outside). Overall I’d recommend, just know it’s a bit outdated.

Its so close to great food, a Target, great coffee shops, and Wrigley field! So clean and nice too!

Shower head broken and alarm radio broken. Asked for another radio but never got one. Front desk said sorry and would take a couple of beers on credit, never happened.

Amazing location for walking to Wrigley. Rooms were more generous in space than we anticipated for Chicago. Older building but well maintained and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Warning: they have limited parking passes for the garage at $35. They were gone when we arrived and parking ended up costing us $50.
