Carpets in the room and corridor look used. While the staff did what they could to keep the room clean, the carpets still looked dirty and worn. They definitely need some washing.

The noise caused by the train station will not allow you to sleep at all, being constant from 5 am until midnight. If you also try to claim compensation, the staff can lie to your face, offering you compensation to have to wait for weeks for an email, even though I called them several times and asked for a phone call from the manager, who never came back to me, and ended up only offering you a 1-night free of charge for a year. Never again

Great location for the price, clean and A/C is cold in the rooms

Absolutely beautiful hotel with lots of hidden extras - received my upgrade which was amazing - breakfast was fresh and good price if you pre book Roof terrace didn’t venture as apparently no bar ? Missing a trick there - spa looked great and could pay to go for the day - we were at the races so didn’t use Beds really comfy and room quiet - was noisy birds outside - cheeky seagulls Staff very attentive and helped us pack a package Highly recommend

Are 2day stay turned into 3days hotel suit was brilliant from front desk to cleaner's all staff very helpful roof top breakfast was complementary was ok stuff had run out by 9am n was not replaced but tea n coffee with a few pastries was grand.n very handy to centre of Dublin n train station. Over all a gd 8/10

This place was a major disappointment. The area is very rough and quite unsafe. The cleaning staff opens your curtains and steals your card for the a/c and power. When we came back it was unbearable and our devices weren't charged. We asked them not to do it again, and they said they wouldn't, but it happened 7 days out of 7, and they just made excuses. Lifts are never available due to hotel housing a large amount of long term young families. The place feels anything but luxurious. If you need anything or have an issue, come talk to us they say, but use that same line everytime you talk to them. Never mind us witnessing them berate an actual paying group in the lobby for having a snack while waiting for an uber/ taxi. This so called hotel was the biggest disappointment of any hotel I have ever stayed in, I wouldnt stay here for free. And don't get me started on the clubs rooms, they are a joke, just like most of the staff here.

Do not be fooled, this hotel is awful. If you want to be close to the train station just walk to it. This hotel is being used for migration and if you want to see drug addiction on your way to your morning neighborhood coffee, have at it. Terrible and the price is deceptive along with 4 star ratings. Skip it and thank your lucky stars for reading this review!

Good location. Nice hotel. Served us well for the one night we stayed.

We picked The Address as for the last day of our 14 day Ireland trip and were looking forward to a wonderful finally.... but were left disappointed. The lobby is fun and trendy, and lunch at the restaurant was good. Initially the room was good, but we quickly found the air conditioner could not keep up with 22C (72F). That would have been fine if it was the only issue. In the morning we found the shower valve didn't work properly so our choice was very hot or scalding water. Of course, the steam created from 2 short showers overloaded the struggling AC to the point that water started dripping from the ceiling in the room. Then we found that the included breakfast is literally 2 choices of pastry, juice, and machine coffee up on the 7th floor smoking patio. Anything else was an upcharge. As we were checking out, I mentioned the shower and AC issues only to get a half 'sorry' with no offer to discount or even a future credit. The location by the train station is great, but the rest of our experience was bad. Maybe we just had the perfect storm of bad maintenance, but the lack of empathy or basic customer service really soured the stay. Thank goodness it was only one night. Of the 6 other hotels we stayed in across Ireland, this one was the most disappointing.

Clean room, nicely furnished. Good amenities. Conveniently located to Connellt Train Station but our room at back of hotel was very quiet. Very elegant lobby. Friendly staff.
