Great hotel

A fantastic hotel

Nice breakfast, staff ok

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The soundproofing of the room wasn’t the best and on the first night we were woken by what appeared to be a loud conversation between two people outside our room at 4am but when I checked, no one was visible so perhaps it was from an adjoining room. Thankfully this didn’t reoccur for the rest of our stay and the other 3 nights were peaceful. The staff were friendly and although we had a leak in our bathroom, it didn’t cause us any issue. The breakfast was plentiful, albeit mainly carbs, with a good selection of sweet and savoury options, mainly continental but scrambled eggs, a type of sausage and often something like a frittata based hot option. We found the location fine as a base and it was an easy walk to the main square with a couple of small convenience shops within a few minutes of the hotel. We would consider staying here again if we returned to the area. You can walk to Stary Kleparz (farmers market) within about 10 minutes as well as a variety of shops on Długa which is the street which runs parallel with the one the hotel is located on. Staying outside of the immediate tourist area gives you the opportunity to experience the real Kraków.

If you want a hotel where you can get a good night's sleep, avoid this hotel. The walls and paperthin and noise echoes around. I could hear conversations going on in the rooms all around me, even down the corridor. It is not good at all. I don't expect to be woken up at 2am to hear the conversation of another resident talking on his mobile phone. The friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff is very mixed.

Very good breakfast spread,plenty to choose from,nice coffee,home made cakes. Staff nice Room more than comfortable,well decorated,tea and coffee in room .Only drawback is the walls are very thin.On my 2nd night someone arrived to the room next door and it was very noisy.Could hear them speaking. No bars nearby,10 minutes walk to Old Town

Room was spacious and clean. I was also impressed by the breakfast buffet. Had a great spread of options to choose from. I especially loved their cold salad options.

Great room, clean and spacious with a lovely big balcony. Staff and cleaners really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Krakow as it was also only a 15-20 minute walk to the Market Square 😊
