Lovely hotel in a great location at the end of Karon Beach and the start of Kata Beach where you'll find a variety of shop, restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Our hotel room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Decorated in traditional Thai style but could do with a bit of an upgrade. Only gripe was the towels which were so very thin. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety to meet all of our tastes. Lunch options were good too and very reasonable priced. Only negative comment was the pool sunbeds which were very uncomfortable with very thin plastic cushions.

Clean and tidy

Situated between Kata and Karon beach. 100 meters to the beach out front door. Close to Dino park and Kata beach road and night market! On site spa facility with cheap prices! View of ocean and pool area is peaceful!

Great location! Easy walk to the beach and walking street. Staff are amazing and very attentive. We look forward to our next stay. 🥳👍🙏❤️

overall service was poor, room was not cleaning well at each day. Incorrect linen left each ie: one towel for two ppl. I would not recommend this Korona Beach Resort & Spa to friends or family as there are many other resorts in the area who provide better overall service.

Only downfall was no elevator and we were on the 4 th floor 😳 sprained my ankle first day on the stairs

Good location for the beach and the town. The hotel itself was a bit dated and smelt a bit musty (especially the spa - although my husband said his massage was excellent). We didn't really use the restaurant or bars - the pool bar closed early evening and the restaurant had no atmosphere whatsoever. Breakfast was ok. Next time I will pay the extra for a resort which has more facilities and a beach view from the pool.

Built on the side of the mountain about a 5 minute walk to beach but the building has no elevators so if your above the first floor you better be in shape

When we arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel, they told us our room had been cancelled by Expedia and we needed to pay them again directly. When I called Expedia this was not the case. We felt a though they were trying to scam us so we booked another room. Now, Expedia has been trying to contact them to figure out what was happening and they have no been returning any calls or emails.

Lovely location with 2 local supermarkets and multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Just 2 minutes from stunning white sandy beach.
