The suite was impeccably clean. So many staff around constantly cleaning in every area. They went out of their way to support a slightly early check-in. The building is well-arranged with parking on all 4 sides for convenience. The breakfast was above standard buffet fare: the options were plentiful to personalize a breakfast sandwich or a yogurt bowl! Above and beyond though? Sandra in the breakfast room. She chatted with us about our stay, and when she found out it was my kiddo's birthday, she arranged a special treat and birthday song from the staff! Highlight of his day!

Our stay was perfect for our family of 6. The location was good and the rooms were clean. I would come back again.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast. They need to improve with enforcing the no smoking within 9 meters signs.

This was our first time traveling in the area and we wanted someplace near Canada’s Wonderland. We reviewed many places but liked what we saw online here and literally these staff was real people, but very friendly no weird looks. The breakfast was very good and the food staff were very friendly as well. Check-in was 4 o’clock. We arrive early and could not check in , but it was fine. We had things to do.. however the room was worth the weight. It was very clean and spacious with the full refrigerator sink dishwasher dresser drawers, home away from home.. I know you will see this and think this is BS, but I do not play with my family in hotels where it is not comfortable. I cannot guarantee your experience but for us I will be back. If possible, I will leave images of the room.

Very beautiful place to stay. They even have social evening where the mouth and stomach gets busy. Good place to stay.

The size of the suites are nice, as are the amenities. But the rooms could be a bit cleaner. Lot's of dust behind the doors in the bathrooms for example.

We arrived later at night and made our way to our room. Unpacked and organized our stuff and 2 kids. Noticed it was quite warm in the room and trying to adjust the thermostat was not working as it had no power. Below our room we could hear a fire alarm going off. Went to the front desk and a few people were trying to get the firearm deactivated but that could not be done. They were told that it was due to shower steam but that should not trigger a fire alarm. Trying to explain to the front desk the issue about our inability to be able to adjust temperature took about 5 mins but finally we were moved to a room 2 floors up. We had to pack up all our stuff and 2 kids and move them to the new room. Bigger issue was the fire alarm was once above us and now it was below us, all night until 8 am or we could not sleep due to the constant 3 chirps of the fire detection system.

Upon our arrival we were expecting a larger room with an extra bed but despite the mix up the staff worked extra hard to ensure we got what we needed. The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch and also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was included in our room cost.
