I had booked this hotel for my parents and the service was impeccable. They had a comfortable stay with helpful staff who were kind enough to help them get to the parking lot too.

Clean room. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff efficient. Smooth check in. Signing in and out of the hotel has been difficult as you have to pass through the security gaurds. Hotel staff instead of helping, us get through, was quite rude in telling us that we cannot come and go as we please. We are the guests, and inspite of signing out, we were treated rudely. Won't be returning. Felt like we were in prison.

I had a very short stay - 1 night only, despite this short time the stay was very pleasant and refreshing. Their restaurant was open late and served really good food, their breakfast was also very good. The staff were very very helpful and cheerful. I needed help getting directions and some other clarifications and they helped no matter how many times I asked. The check-out was simple and easy, not time consuming at all. The room was great, had all that I needed, didn't even need my travel adapter as the sockets accepted all types. Shower was great, good hot water. Very clean. Awesome place to stay if you need to be in and out quick!

Excellent facility for short stay, One comment: although breakfast time was notified as 7.00 am, no one was available and it was not ready, even partly till 6.45 am.
