Beautiful home away from home in Singapore. Excellent location with shops, restaurants and MRT access. Staff are fantastic - extremely helpful but not intrusive. Will be back!

Excellent location

I’ve stayed at the Capital Kempinski twice now in the last two months for five weeks total. The staff and hotel are outstanding. The service is second to none. I recommend this hotel very highly and cannot wait to stay here on my next trip to Singapore.

Great location, beautiful rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Some rooms are a long walk from front desk. Overall a great stay.

This is my second stay here and it tops the first one so much that I deleted that review and wrote a new one. First, I will like to thank the Duty Manger Balaji for accomodating to our early check-in. Our room wasn't ready, but he did his best to actually upgrade us to a bigger room which will be available at the same timing. He didn't need to do that since we were early anyway. While waiting, we were served 2 rounds of champagne at the lobby (never experienced being served champagne during a hotel check-in before). After the wait, we were shown to our room to the door steps by one of their staff. During the walk, she explained almost everything about the hotel - the breakfast, the gym, spa, pool, in room dining etc. Once we were in the room, our bags were waiting for us. Our upgraded room is a mini suite at the corner. It has a small living area from the bed, and a very big bathroom (which is a signature of this Kempinski). The living area is where the fridge, study area are, with a big TV and a sofa (which is very sturdy and not very comfortable). The bedroom is comfortable, king size bed, soft mattress, another big TV and a pillow menu. Within the menu, the descriptions are very detailed which showed the level of service standards. The bathroom is huge, with standing shower and toilet on each side, two basins for couple, and a bathtub in the middle that is huge enough for couples to share. And.. there is another TV here! We really enjoyed our one night stay here!
