L extérieur de l hôtel est très agréable et reposant

Das war super für eine nacht wir haben auch ohne zu fragen oder sonst was ein zimmer upgrade bekommen. Bin echt zufrieden gewesen alles sauber und gemütlich Badezimmer war super

Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre.

Nice hotel outside of the city (approx 45 min via train).

the heater in the room did not work. the staff provided a portable heater for the second night's stay, which helped. the room was not as described. (I blame Hotels.com) it was supposed to be arrange for 3 adults and one child. In reality, it could only accommodate 2 adults and one small child. We had to rent an extra room. On the plus side, the night manager discounted a second room by 50%.

yes rooms were clean and staff was very professional and helpful. Wifi did not work in the room and my car has pain damage due to spread out stones.

The food was delicious, the room was clean.

Lovely rooms and the breakfast area was nice :)
