Construction works happening in the lobby.
Room was not clean, with wet carpet by the window, and spillages on/in dressing table.
Spa was so small there was no chance of using/enjoying.
No complementary bottle of wine was provided as per terms of booking.

最高 Had a really nice stay! The staff are so friendly and helpful, from the doorman and the receptionists and beyond. the only issue was the AC in our room wasn’t working but it didn’t bother us, I’m sure if we said something they would have sorted it right away but we didn’t feel the need. When we told them in the morning they were very apologetic. The spa is really nice and the hotel overall has a luxury feel.

最高 Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are top notch and very helpful, available at all times. The room was spacious with lots of advanced features for the lighting and TV. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room are worth going to for a relaxed time as well. The staff went above and beyond for a birthday celebration with a glass of prosecco and a very nice decoration to the room, which I had asked for prior to the stay. I would highly recommend booking here for a very pleasant trip.

少しがっかり TV and air conditioning didnt work. Phoned up reception to fix it, maintanance came up, they turnt the tv off and on again, checked the hdmi cable, said they cant fix it and would need to be done the next day then left. So we had a very expensive room with no tv and no aircon

Nice spacious rooms, clean bathrooms. Staff is very helpful and kind, would definitely come back for another stay
