Endroit propre , bien climatisé, personnel gentil mais petit bémol l’électricité fluctue dans la chambre et le câble ne fonctionnait pas . Déjeuner continental correct .

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Saint-Eustache or Laval area, I highly recommend Le Fabreville. I spent three nights here, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and feels like a brand-new property. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. Unlike other local options that suffer from years of deferred maintenance, Le Fabreville clearly prioritizes the guest experience with great service and professional management. What is most impressive is the value. For the same price as the dated motels just 10 minutes away in Saint-Eustache, you get a much higher standard of quality and cleanliness. Highlights: • Modern Rooms: Freshly renovated with a "like-new" feel. • Professional Service: The staff is attentive and welcoming. • Great Location: Conveniently located near Laval and only a short drive from Saint-Eustache. Save yourself the disappointment of staying at The Motel Saint Eustache and book here instead. It was a breath of fresh air and easily the best choice in the area.
