とても良い Excellent location and staff went above and beyond helping us navigate driving there( never again!). Room was a bit tight for 4 and portable AC unit needed window to stay open over the outdoor restaurant which fortunately quietened down around 11.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect location. Walkable to old town, the fortress and Mirabell gardens. Breakfast was well worth the €12. Staff are very helpful. We would definitely return.

Very well located hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. The only issue we had was the air con in the room. The fan they had was very noisy - too noisy to sleep with which meant that the room was very warm. A pity for what was otherwise a lovely stay.

Breakfast was lovely. The bed was comfortable. Only issue was that the portable air conditioning unit kept overflowing onto the floor. It needed emptying and cleaning up a couple of hours after checking in. I got wet feet when walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night, as the air conditioning unit had leaked all over the floor again - so had to turn it off.
