My fiance and I enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were nice and the beds are comfortable.The pools for amazing amazing views from our balcony. At the restaurants that we eat at have amazing food. The staff are very friendly. The only complaint is The resort is a bit outside of town, So you have to rely on tuktuks to get around.

This Hotel was very nice .I highly recommend .Very clean staff was so great ,very helpful ,courteous, took care of excursions,renting motor bike.The facilities are beautiful. There was nothing I did not like .It is a little ways from main city .There are tricycles, van transportation, and if your adventurous rent a motorcycle for easy travel on your own .Fantastic time ,wonderful stay .

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel. Highly recommended

Check-in was easy and the reception staff were extremely helpful, which made a great first impression. However, the experience at the pool bar was disappointing. The bartender seemed unmotivated and lacked attention to detail. There was a promotion advertised at 480 PHP for a buy-one-get-one cocktail, yet we were asked to pay 500 PHP. It’s a small difference, but honesty matters and would likely be rewarded with tips. Some alcohol options were unavailable, which limited choices. When I asked if a cocktail could be made using local rum or whisky instead of brandy, the request was refused without much explanation. When the drinks arrived, most of our group felt they lacked alcohol and tasted more like juice. On a positive note, dinner at the poolside restaurant was enjoyable. There was live music creating a great atmosphere, the food was nice, and the bartender there was very helpful. After we mentioned the issue with the cocktails, he listened, took note, and made sure the next ones were much better. The location itself seems like it has seen better days. Around the pool area, some wooden planks need repair, with nails sticking out that could be a safety hazard. Overall, a mixed experience with strong service at reception and restaurant, but improvements needed at the pool bar and maintenance.

The hotel was nice but a lot of things weren’t working during our stay! We were there for 3 nights and for 2 the hotel had no wifi. This was tricky since we are from out of the country. We couldn’t contact family, look up places to eat, or use maps/gps to get into town. There was no hot water in the shower which I guess is a small thing but still missed haha. The beds are really tough! Not soft at all. They also charge you for airport transfer per person while everywhere else we stayed had it included! The staff was really nice, the pool was clean, and the food at the restaurant was good.
