Clean room, good location; everything close by!

The room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. The location was excellent with everything you could need nearby. Will recommend.

A good stay with the price that paid for.

I loved my stay here. There are so many good things to say. This hotel is in the perfect location for me, away from the noise of the streets, and still in walking distance to the BTS, MRT, malls, parks, restaurants and stores. The price was affordable. My room was very comfortable and always very clean. The staff members are just wonderful. The environment they create with their kindness is unmatched. They made me feel very welcome and at home. My only regret is not making time to use the pool because it looked really nice. One thing that was a pleasant surprise was I was able to use the gym at the hotel next door. This place offered everything I was looking for. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is made up of great people. They were very helpful and there for our every need. Shout out to the Doorman! I got a kick out of his salute! I hope to stay again next year!

I’ve stayed at Mermaid Bangkok on several occasions, and overall it’s a solid, reliable choice. The location is excellent—very convenient to everything in the Sukhumvit area. The staff are consistently great: friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy, which makes it a comfortable place to stay, especially for short visits. The only downside is the breakfast. In my opinion, it’s not worth paying extra for, as there are much better options nearby. Overall, a good hotel in a great location. I would stay here again, just without the breakfast.
