Great design

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Oasis with World-Class Hospitality! Central Suite Residence is hands-down the best place to stay in Siem Reap! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute stroll from Pub Street, yet it feels like a quiet, tropical oasis inside. The rooms are massive, immaculate, and beautifully air-conditioned. What truly elevates this hotel is the incredible staff. Returning from long tours each day, we were welcomed with refreshing cold towels—pure bliss! We also loved the fantastic breakfast where you can order your own freshly prepared meal exactly how you like it. They went entirely above and beyond for my husband's birthday. The entire staff came out together, singing and gifting him a delicious birthday cake. When we went up to our room, we were blown away by the beautiful decorations, vibrant balloons, and a spectacular cake towel arrangement! The hospitality didn't stop until the last second. At checkout, we received the most heartwarming send-off. The staff and even the hotel manager personally waved goodbye until our private transfer was completely out of sight. We’ve never experienced this level of genuine care. We will absolutely be back!

The service at this hotel is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Staff make a point of remembering everyone’s name, making sure everyone is taken care of, proactively ensuring that your plans and logistics work smoothly and spoiling you with unexpected gestures (towelettes, drinks, flowers, etc.). Pool area is a calming retreat from the outside streets. Rooms are pretty solid… and always clean. Highly recommend getting a massage at the spa room on premises. Restaurant could level up to match the rest of the experience in terms of food quality, vegetarian options, speed and coffee but there are many other options nearby. And honestly we just love these guys. Thanks for a great stay.

I was so glad to have to have found this property. The staff were over the top friendly and helpful. The place in itself had a really cool and comfortable vibe. The rooms were so nice and quiet that I found it hard to get out of bed in the morning. It’s tucked in just a bit off the street so you don’t get any noise at all. It’s like it’s own little oasis. I could recommend this property more.

We loved every moment at the hotel! - Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lisa, Mick And Shalley for making our stay wonderful—will didn’t want to leave. Shout out to Mick for taking the extra steps in setting up a room for me at 11pm. He didn’t know that it was a job interview—he only knew that I had a video call to take. I was hired! - Food options were great and if not on the menu, they were able to accommodate. - Room was spacious and pool was perfect way to end a hot day. - Perfect location near Pub Street, Night Markets and other attractions nearby. Overall, having travelled to over 85 countries, this hotel is one of top 5 on my list!

One of our best stays in SE Asia. Hotel staff were exceptionally service oriented, and looked after our every need. The room was spectacular and the pool area was great for relaxing and getting away from the heat. The drinks by the pool were excellently made and reasonably priced, and the food was good as well. It is a great location for walking around, and close to everything, but it is very quite as well. Do not hesitate to stay here- it is Awesome

We had an outstanding stay at Central Suite Residence. From the warm welcome upon arrival to every thoughtful detail throughout our stay, everything exceeded expectations. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, complete with a swim-up bar—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the bathrooms feel like a private spa. The location is ideal: tucked away in a quiet little alley, yet still within easy walking distance to the centre of town, markets, shops, and restaurants. If I could give the staff a rating it would be a 10/5! They couldn’t not do enough for us. If I return to Siem Reap, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
