The hotel was conveniently situated in downtown and you can walk out and find many restaurants and shops along Water Street, which is closed off to cars in the summer. It’s a short drive to Signal Hill and Cape Spears whereas it is within walking distance to the Rooms, Jellybean Row, and the Basilica. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and pods for your convenience. There is also paid parking underground.

From the very moment we entered the hotel, the two women on the front desk were very courteous and professional booking us in. As this was our first time in St. John, Newfoundland they took the time to answer our questions and made us feel completely comfortable that our choice to visit St. John from Toronto, Ontario was an excellent choice.

Great hotel and great staff. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge.

The rooms are very clean and the staff exceptionally polite and friendly. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Best location…right in the heart of St Johns so you can walk everywhere. It’s got a water view. Staff are excellent - helpful, prompt and friendly. The hotel is very clean, the furniture and decor are art pieces yet functional and comfortable. The room controls are high tech and quite impressive, there’s a coffee shop which makes really good coffee 👌 There’s parking if you’re renting a car. Keep it up guys! I had a really good and relaxing stay here. Highly recommended !

Amazing rooms, modern, clean. Staff is super helpful, so so so nice and friendly. My whole stay was just perfect! Bailey at the reception especially is a gem!
