最高 Very convenient location. Clean room and helpful staff. They also have free noodle at night which is nice for tourists who come back late or arrive late at night.

At first, I thought it would just be a regular hotel, but we ended up having such a wonderful and happy time during our 4-day stay. The hot spring was incredibly clean, and the room was so comfortable and nice. My wife has a sensitive water allergy, but the water quality was so good that she could use it without even changing the shower filter. If we ever come back to Osaka, we will absolutely book this place again.

とても良い子どもと滞在
Good stay overall, staff very accommodating - bathrooms small, but we used onsen so it didn't matter much.

An incredible stay! The staff were so welcoming, and our room was spotlessly clean every day. The onsen is perfect (I’m going to miss it so much!), and the free ramen was a delicious highlight that exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

とても良いひとりで滞在
Certain staff members were very helpful and kind. The common spaces were very clean as were the basics in the rooms. The rooms are a bit small and the lighting somehow has many options but few useful ones. Adding breakfast is a good choice and there are many options. The rooms could use a good deep clean as the walls were quite dusty behind furniture.
