Gorgeous hotel right on the main walking street with all the restaurants and shops! The photos make it look dark and questionable, however, it was far from it! This hotel was clean, artistically and beautifully decorated!! Just amazing! The restaurant and rooftop bar were lovely too! We were pleasantly surprised! We had a very clean 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom small apartment w/kitchen. We were 3 adults, but sleeping accommodations for 4. The showers/bathrooms were a bit small, but sufficient. We loved this hotel and it's location was central to everything! Staff were busy but helpful. We came early and the hotel kindly tagged had placed our luggage in a secure room. We highly recommend this hotel! It was extremely unique in a wonderful way!

Perfect Location

Fantastic location in the heart of things in Lisbon in a unique artsy hotel. We asked for an interior room to avoid noise, and it was serenely quiet, though for folks who are not bothered by urban noise, I imagine the exterior rooms must be nice too. Our room was small but well appointed with a mini-kitchenette and staff was super friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, quirky style, clean rooms, friendly staff. Perfect city break hotel

My personal information was stolen by a 3rd party company the hotel uses. I was then targeted by scammers to input my credit card to keep my reservation secure. Sadly, I had to inform the hotel of this breach of data, not the other way around. I was never given clear information of what exact data was stolen and when I asked for compensation I was told it wasn’t their fault. In hindsight I should have just cancelled my reservation as the “not our fault” attitude continued into my stay. I asked for late check out, which I thought was a great way for the hotel to make up for the data breach. But was told it was impossible. Reception told me that it was not their fault they couldn’t help me, it was housekeeping's fault. Complete lack of any kind of effort to make up for the issues they caused me.
