We've stayed at these hostels in other European cities and they're usually a safe enough bet. This one was let down by the elevator not going to the top floor, meaning we had to carry luggage part of the way up. Also the bathroom, whilst clean, smelled awful, so there was obviously a problem with the drains. Not the best experience, maybe the other branch nearer the Hautbanhof would have been better.

The elevator was not working, and my room was locked on the 6th floor. My key card didn’t let me in in the restroom located in the hotel’s restaurant.

Everything was convenient and easy. The only thing was the laundry room stunk and made my clothes a little stinky. Everything you need is accessible at all hours!

Friendly staff, spacious room, and a convenient tram station nearby. WiFi was a bit slow and hot water slightly weak, but overall had a pleasant stay.

Great spot for staying.

good, clean and comfy rooms, freaky people in the lobby late at night I wouldn't hang out there alone.

It could be better.

chaos while trying to check in, dirty and disorganized lobby, grab your sheets from a closet and hope they are clean, 6 person room and no curfew so someone checking in late has to make their bed in the dark or wake you up...overall not worth the money. go elsewhere
