The room was clean. The staffs were friendly. I like the breakfast areas too as there were a lot of choices.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I think the front desk needs more attention. I had a problem with the TV remote. I went downstairs personally and spoke to the clerk. He said there will be housekeeping coming to my room in five minutes but no one shows up. It will also be nice if they give us a copy of shuttle schedule. We will also did not greet by our last name or first name.

Reception and the Bell service were great!

Recommend to stay

Great location, quiet place, near to MTR and bus routes, easy access from airport and very nice rooms. Good buffet.

Hotel was a bit dated and the fridge did not cool properly. Contacted front desk was not helpful.

It’s okay with shuttles, but is still a bit far from town

Too old and need revelation

Clean room and friendly staffs. The hotel location is near the train station and bus stop so it is very convenient. Only downside is the hotel is getting dated and need renovation.
