Everything was amazing, club room advantage were a must and did not disappoint! The pool, breakfast buffet and staff were amazing. The club level is quiet, peaceful and great to relax or work. The « happy hour » for club members is perfect for a light dinner and drinks. Definitely enjoyed everything during our stay. Perfectly located to visit the city, shopping at Guoco Tower, Chinatown all at walking distance!! And also just a few metro stops away to the iconic Garden by the bay, Marina Bay Sand and Sentosa Island! Amazing experience we had the pleasure of enjoying during our work trip. Very grateful for everyone that made our stay this much more enjoyable. Will def be back again when I travel to Singapore! Thank you!!

Warning: this hotel has 860kbps internet speed. Manager said that was the acceptable speed when the hotel was opened and they haven’t updated yet. They have “plans” for a potential upgrade in 2027. Also corridors have smelly and very dirty carpets. Good location, good rooms, great staff otherwise.

Great location and well maintained.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay in terms of area and surroundings. Oasia hotel seems to be an old building and hence not that luxury. Stuff tried their best to keep the building and rooms clean and maintained but there are some things missing, like good lighting in the washroom, convenient power outlets and extra storage for clothes. Main outdoor pool was closed for repairs and that was unfortunate for our visit. I would still recommend this hotel as a hub to get around.

We stayed in one of the Club Rooms, which facilitated access to the club level with its own pool. It was very well maintained and the access to the club room for soft drinks during the day was also very handy. The evening cocktail hours were also very welcome and provided a very pleasant way to start the evening. Many seemed to feel it was sufficient for their evening meal, but we found a few snacks and drinks a great way to start our evening explorations. Staff were great and breakfast in the clubroom was adequate.

Awesome place in the city

Clean room, comfortable bed, great location.

We stayed for a total of 5 nights. Honestly speaking, I found the room to be a little cramped. Unfortunately, we found the remains of a previous guest's dinner in our fridge so we had to ask for this to be removed. The hotel offered us a complimentary taxi ride back to the airport due to this, which we appreciated. Unfortunately we had a few issues throughout our stay. Three of us (2 adults and one toddler) were staying in the room, yet we were only left with 2 towels each day, resulting in a phonically to reception every day, requesting a bath towel. On the final day, I actually had to write a note to ask for.3 towels, which was not done. On one day, we also returned to our hotel room to find food crumbs still on the desk (from the morning) and the dirty bowls we had used, still left in the room. Whenever we had requested anything, it took at least 20-45 minutes for anyone to show up to the room. On one occasion, I had to chase some cutlery we had requested after 45 minutes. There was also a socket in our room which was not working. Location of this hotel was good but for me, that was about it. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as I feel you could probably have a better room and service elsewhere.

Lovely hotel and good location near MRT and hawker food centres. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Andrew and Timothy.

There’s not bathroom ventilation and you can not open the windows. Otherwise the A/C was terrific and the rooms are relatively quiet.
