It was a great stay

Very helpful staff, clean well maintained rooms. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay right downtown with fantastic walking to many tourist locations and trolley.

We came to the hotel with our young child so having a larger apartment style suite was amazing. The staff were so sweet and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment style accommodation, newly renovated, clean, close to restaurants and shopping. Underground parking was easy access and has a charge. Accommodation was reasonably priced.

We had a good stay. The front desk kept our luggage until we could check in ( still early) and were available for any questions. The location is close to the subway and very convenient.

The front staff and housekeeping were very polite. They upgraded us and the suite was clean and spacious. However, when we arrived, the garage was broken, the one elevator was broken too which made it hard to get a timely lift. Our last day they ran out of coffee cups (were on order) just attention to details needed

This location was fantastic! The rooms seemed to be newly renovated and were very spacious. It was nice having access to a full kitchen to prepare meals as required. The location was very clean and organized. The staff was incredibly helpful. While the ad does advertise balcony access as well as a fitness center and pool, these were not present features. The location is very close to Younge Street and many stores or restaurants here. Overall loved our time here!
