最高 We stayed 2 nights in a corner suite with a balcony. Great view from the bedroom and balcony. Plenty of great places in walking distance. The property was also very clean. Will definitely stay again.

I usually love this hotel so much but it was a lot going on the elevator was down all day people had to walk through the kitchen which was unsanitary and on top of that i left my sneakers in the closet in the bedroom and all of sudden it’s not popping up which is weird because i called them immediately to let them know it was in there and now they’re telling me no one has seen it. Overall just disappointed and frustrated.

Must stay with nice and pleasant not too noisy to be a downtown location. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the bed I like soft beds.

良いビジネス
Everything was okay until elevators stopped working and took about 2 hours to get fixed. The lady with Bantu knots didn’t let us know anything it was the cooks that let us know the service elevator was down as well. The service elevator is kitchen of restaurant. Yuck! As we are waiting in the lobby she didn’t let us know that elevators were back working. The other guest in the hotel let us know. The lady that worked in morning to about noon was extremely nice. I wish I got her name. The man was not friendly at all or the lady with the Bantu knot .
We wanted to take a dip in the pool but was stopped by security and was informed about needing white wrist bands. I don’t know why we wasn’t informed about this when we arrived.
Our room was clean and roomy. The location of hotel is about 15-20 min drive which isn’t bad at all.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. It was super hot. Only one elevator worked then that elevator completely went out. I had to walk down 15 flights of stairs. We had to ride the service elevator that’s connected to the back kitchen. It was a complete disaster

The staff was sooo rude. The staff was giving out free to her stripper friends. Never again.
