Great location, friendly staff, clean room, very good breakfast

The staff was very friendly and professional. There was always someone at the lobby. The rooms were clean, and the ac was working well.

We had an horrible experience from the time we got to the hospital until the we left. First trying to figure out where the hotel is located is a problem. There is not clear description on where it is located down this ally and how to get through the locked gate at night to get to the hotel. Next when we got to the front desk to check in, the worker started criticizing our county. There is no place for this kind of talk to people visiting who have nothing to do with the political atmosphere. The A/C in our room was too small for our room size and it was hot and muggy all nights. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna. We had ant and bugs all over and around our desk area. The place was run down. The only + was that it had a good location, but other than that, I would avoided this hotel like the plague!

The hotel is rough around the edges, rooms need a minor refresh, but they are clean, adequately supplied and the beds, linens and pillows are excellent. Breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of fresh and delicious food and drinks - juices and coffee and teas- and was well worth the very affordable price. The hotel location is excellent if you prefer the Opera district, as I do, and with its entrance within the Passage Jouffroy, it is unique. There are so many restaurants, pubs, cafes and patisseries literally steps from the hotel, it is ideal.The staff was mulitlingual, friendly and very helpful. The multilingual staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to my concerns.
