The staff was very nice and helpful. The property need to be renovated. The breakfast was extremely poor considering the cost. It felt as though there was a complete lack of genuine care for the guests.

The room is clean and staff is friendly. The hotel is very close to the Cruise and Ferry Terminal.

最高 The room was on the smaller side but it is an older hotel. It was like being in history. Very well kept. It has been renovated but they kept the old charms. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely historic facility located across from Savane Park and about a city block from the beach. Breakfast was delicious with everything we wanted. There was a slight problem with a power outage for 2-3 hours. It helps to understand/speak a little French, but staff do ok in English, so don’t let that stop you from enjoying this hotel.
