Very nice hotel a short distance from Ueno Station. Rooms are modern and clean with comfortable bedding. I eould absolutely stay here again.

Clean rooms and excellent staff! Breakfast was delicious! Laundry room open 24/7 very convenient! Best hotel ever and definitely 5+ stars! Highly recommended when visiting Japan!!!

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean, though small. However, the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. For this reason, I would not stay again.

Great stay, small room as expected but everything was great. Especially the complimentary breakfast in the morning, great way to start the day. Also in a great location, short walk from the train station and a 711 less than a block away

Room was small but serviceable, quiet, self control of the A/C. No view. Small but deep tub for soaking. Location was amazing - close to Ueno station, the park, museums, and on quiet side streets with close by conbinis, drugstores, etc. Breakfast was ample and a combination of Japanese and European foods. Afternoon offerings of a two drinks dispensers. Only downside is the refrigerator did not stay very cool.

Convenient location. Free breakfast has different choices. Hot items, about 4, are changing everyday. Fresh salad. Enjoy it very much. The dinning area is small so you can bring it to your room. Staff are very polite and helpful. We bring our breakfast to the room and the staff helps us to press the elevator button. Laundry is ok. It works.

Japanese size rooms but with a good size bed. Desk staff were lovely. Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine in the lobby available after 3 pm and free soda or beer ( I think it was after 5 pm). The hotel is a walkable distance from Ueno Station and the Keisei Skyliner Ueno Station ( for an easy trip of 45 minutes to Yokohama (Highly recommended). All in all, a great stay. My only complaint- I wish they had provided toast, sausages and bacon for a more western style breakfast.
