Ideal property if you prefer to stay near the train station. It’s also less than a block to the Radstation, which offers bike rentals at great rates. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. My room was spacious and comfortable, including cold A/C and excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel offers a nice bar with a great selection and reasonable prices. I didn’t personally try it though, as there are many options in the train station, including late night offerings, and on the same street as the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The only complaint is that there was no room service for the two day stay.

Nos quedamos tres días (2 noches) y consideramos que es un buen lugar para pasar la noche dado que está muy bien ubicado, queda al lado de la estación de trenes y de la zona turística, lamentablemente cuando entré por primera vez a la habitación encontré que habían orinado en el baño de mi habitación y no bajaron el agua, además de la alergia que me dio (seguramente por los ácaros). En general está bien, nos llevaron la plancha y la mesa de planchar cuando la solicitamos, en ese tiempo nos dejaron 4 bolsas de te y 1 sachet de café para usar con la cafetera que está en la habitación, además de una botella de agua de bienvenida.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was fine, but the room was just too hot. The air conditioning wasn’t adequate to cool the room down quickly.

Reception personnel was fantastic!! About the breakfast can only say that alit of things where missing and no one was filling them…

The best part was the closeness to the train station. Room was wonderful and staff was great.

I expected much more for the price paid. The location is very good, as the hotel is situated only a few meters from the central station. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are spacious; however, the furniture is outdated and not particularly aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast quality is below average, and the dining room lacks a cozy or welcoming atmosphere. This is just a personal anecdote that did not influence my review: I was actually scolded by a staff member for drinking “too much” bottled water. It was a surprising and somewhat negative experience, even though I chose to laugh it off.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean; the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room is spacious, and faces the railroad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
