We enjoyed our stay

Easy for travelers to have an easy stay!

Great place

Do not recommend. They advertise that they have air conditioning however they dont. When I raised this with them they said HOTELS.COM was fake and that we should have looked at their direct site for correct information. I emailed them as well and got no response. Not great when its 30 degrees in summer and no air con. Dont bother with breakfast - its very basic and doesn't get refilled. There is an older lady who works there and is very grumpy and touches the food with her bare hands. Rooms are very dates and dusty

Very handy location, about a 15 min walk to the S-Bahn. Kitchen was fairly well equipped although the bins were confusing as we were told to separate rubbish but only given 1 bin bag. Warning - if you're planning on staying in the summer. The air-conditioning is practically non-existent. The room was VERY warm. But overall, decent spot for a decent price. Perfect if you need a bolthole in the west of the city.

Staff was as nice and forthcoming as previously when I visited. Very well organised room (had the small studio), just the chair at the desk is very 'hard'. It's the only possible place to sit if not on the bed, so if you eat something in the room it's not comfy. Another slight discomfort is the pavement from the hotel entrance to the main road. I always travel with a very heavy suitcase and the one part is cobble stone, makes it very hard to pull the suitcase. The cobblestone is also very noisy so the entire side of the hotel can hear people leaving/arriving. Otherwise great, also enjoyed the gym!

I had the worst experience with this property. The front desk lady was rude and a racist. I ended up not staying in the property because of the same. She refused to provide me with her work badge, I wonder how she is working without a badge. She refused to provide anything that identified her. She refused to provide me contacts for her manager that includes phone and email. The service was horrible and won’t recommend especially for non Germany speaking clients.

We were unhappy with the aparthotel as there were a number of issues with the equipment in the room. When we arrived the microwave did not have a proper plate in it and would not work. We contacted reception who visited the room and brought a replacement plate. The member of staff did not know how the microwave worked. The microwave could NOT have been checked when the room was serviced. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, we raised this with reception on a number of days and we were told they would look at this, however there was no improvement. The room was uncomfortable hot which made sleeping very difficult. The comparison with the effective air conditioning in the general areas of the hotel illustrated that this was not a general problem, but one specific to our room. During our stay we filled the dishwasher, however when we tried to put it on it did not work. We contacted reception who came to look at this, but unfortunately could not solve the issue and did NOT understand how to work the dishwasher. Significantly there were NO instructions for any items of equipment within the apartment. As a result we had to empty the dishwasher and hand wash all the dishes in the apartment! I am sure you will appreciate these experiences did not lead to pleasant stay, particularly the air conditioning.

The room and the facilities were clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Although the room was not spacious it was perfect for us to use as a base, organise simple meals, rest and get ready for the next day of sightseeing. If we wanted more space the communal area downstairs was great, even had board games, fussball and table tennis. The apartments were well located in a relatively quiet area, with easy access to activities and sights nearby, or close to transport links to travel across the city or further afield
